The company was founded in 1982. During the first 10 years the main activity of the company was the production and erection of equipment connected with the dairy industry in Denmark. |
From then on the company was active in erection contracts on various food processing plants in Denmark and overseas.
On june 1st 2004 the company was sold to Bo Andersen and Claus Jørgensen.
